Healing Yourself

Instead of dwelling on the slights and unfortunate experiences you may have had in the past or are presently having in your church experience, it's better to use another approach. Any problem you had in the past, replay it in your mind as you would have liked it to have happened.

If it is still ongoing, visualize it as you would like it to be, and you just might see things in a different light.

It's important not to dwell on the negative aspects of anything that's happened to you in the past or that's happening to you now because it will only strengthen the negative elements in your life. If you focus on the negative sides of things, negative things will come your way. If you look on the bright side, or count your blessings, more positive things will come your way and you will be able to deal better with the things that fall short of your expectations.
